Very difficult to get appointments, they go very quickly whether you ring for an appointment or go into the surgery

It is almost impossible to see a doctor at the surgery. There seems absolutely no point having a fancy new software package and excellent updated surgery if you cannot get an appointment when you need one. The surgery was way better 20 years ago.

The flu /Corno jabs were slick and efficient

I find it fairly easy to get an appointment on the app. However when I need to telephone for an appointment it takes a long time to get through.

It is a nightmare to get through early enough to get an appt. That will be a telephone appt, then the doctor decides if you need to be seen from there. Unless the system has changed in the last month, that was my experience. It was about the third day of trying to get an appt too.

The queuing for the Covid and flu jab ran like a well oiled machine. Very good, thank you to all involved.
